GAI Capital approaches its consulting projects by working closely with our client's key team members. Mr. Isaac is the key principal consultant involved in all of our services. He will often use our client's staff members to produce key analyses and information designed/structured by GAI Capital. This reduces the costs for our engagements and also begins the critical process of client buy-in/acceptance with the future findings and recommendations of our projects.
While we have developed some standardized processes to evaluate a business, each project is tailored around the specific needs of our client and the client information readily available.
