Principals

George A. Isaac, III, is Founder, President & CEO of GAI Capital Ltd, a private equity, financing, and business consulting firm.  Mr. Isaac has over 25 years of prior experience in business management for privately and publicly-held companies.  During the late 1970's and  1980's, he was a Management Consulting Partner in the Chicago office of the "Big 4" international financial  services and general management consulting firm, Deloitte & Touche, LLP.  During the 1990's, he was CEO for a group of companies in manufacturing, commodity product brokerage, and commercial real estate development and management.  During the late 1990's, Mr. Isaac was involved in several major merger & acquisition transactions for a public company involved in consolidating an industry.

Mr. Isaac actively participates on several company boards involved in financial services (banking, leasing and investment management), manufacturing, distribution, technology, professional services, and real estate development and  management.  Also, Mr. Isaac is on several not-for-profit boards involved in education, research, and the arts including the University of Michigan Business School's Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies Board of Advisors.

Mr. Isaac earned both a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering (1975) and an MBA, with distinction  (1977), from the University of Michigan.

Larry D. Turley is a Vice President of GAI Capital.  Mr. Turley has over 30 years of manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, engineering/maintenance and transportation management experience.  He has successfully started up new plants, integrated operations from acquired companies, installed major processing equipment ,developed and implemented new manufacturing and maintenance management systems, and successfully completed a broad range of significant operations improvement projects in a variety of environments.

Mr. Turley earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma University and a MME from Purdue University, Indiana.
